I have never worked with a ISA based Hauppauge card, only PCI boards, but, unless the card is possibly completely outdated, you should find both drivers and instruction on Hauppauge's website at http://www.hauppauge.com/html/free_sw.htm and its subpages. For me, too much graphics activity on the screen will cause the wintv app to crash...but when it crashes it doesn't close down the little tv window..so I end up with this tv picture black hole that wipes that portion
